    • sponsor - unilevel is paid through sponsors. Can only have 1 spot per household.
    • Place new enrollers under qualified positions.

      • Keep like-minded people together...business man versus healer...don't introduce disharmony.

      • when they start showing productivity then you need to watch them and keep them closer to the top.
      • If you place builders under non-builders...they lose the energy. Keep them close to the top.
    • Don't enable or feed non-builders
      • Silver marks the position of leadership...important rank.

  • Tips to solve Organizational Blocks
    •  Match Effort – If someone has strong effort – provide strong effort
    • Have conference with your key team members regularly.  If someone wants to build, be on the phone with them at least weekly
    •  Have conferences with team members in key spots to replace, switch, or correct to free up blocks for the benefit of everyone.  (change enrollerships, replace, use up line to help you correct so everyone can advance ranks)  This is important because you can’t tap into the compensation properly until you advance ranks.
  • NO ONE will hit Diamond alone, or without deep commitment, uncommon sacrifice, and an intense desire to succeed.  Diamond is a testament to your leadership.
  • You decide what you are worth...not someone else.

    • These are the things that are affected by placement decisions.
    • Duplicate from the power of 3 and everything else will occur as a matter of course
